WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF LOVE? (2014)

Nanyang Academy of the Fine Arts - Year 2 Intergrated Studio Project 2

Logline

An adventure to discover the different types of love one can experience.

Synopsis

Our short film is a combination of documentary, experimental with narration. It’s purpose is to entice people to ask themselves, what is their idea of love? In short, what is love to them. During our time and the time before ours, many people have their own rendition of love. Some might have an idea that love is only for their family or loved ones. But it could be viewed differently to others like the love of sound, or the love of their surroundings. What do they mean by them saying they love someone or something? Does it only revolves around an intense feeling of deep affection? Is love equal to all? Is love only for people? Our short film hopes for people to question their idea of ‘love’.
